Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Code Fixer Pvt Ltd website and the app development services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Code Fixer Pvt Ltd provides mobile and web application development services, including but not limited to iOS app development, Android app development, cross-platform app development, web application development, e-commerce app development, and app maintenance.

2. Project Agreements

All development projects are governed by a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between Code Fixer Pvt Ltd and the client. The SOW specifies project scope, deliverables, timelines, payment milestones, and ownership terms. In case of conflict, the SOW takes precedence over these general Terms of Service.

3. Payment Terms

• Projects are billed on a milestone basis as agreed in the SOW.
• An advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is required before development begins.
• Subsequent payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of work until outstanding amounts are cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives full ownership of the custom source code developed for their project. Code Fixer Pvt Ltd retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary components used in development. Third-party libraries are subject to their respective open-source licences.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the project. Code Fixer Pvt Ltd will not disclose client project details, business information, or technical specifications to third parties without written consent.

6. Warranties & Liability

Code Fixer Pvt Ltd warrants that all deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Post-delivery support is provided for the period specified in the SOW. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed at the agreed rate. Advance payments are non-refundable unless Code Fixer Pvt Ltd is unable to commence the project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
