This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Code Fixer Pvt Ltd may issue refunds for app development services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Code Fixer Pvt Ltd provides custom software development services. Because our work involves significant time, resources, and expertise invested from the start of a project, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
An advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is collected before development begins. This advance covers initial project planning, requirement analysis, UI/UX design, and development setup costs.
Milestone payments are made upon completion and client approval of specific project deliverables. Once a milestone is approved and payment is made, that payment is non-refundable.
If a deliverable does not conform to the agreed specifications documented in the Project Agreement, we will correct the defect at no additional charge within the agreed support period. Refunds for defective deliverables are considered only if:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Bank transfer charges, payment gateway fees, and GST are non-refundable.
