Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Code Fixer Pvt Ltd may issue refunds for app development services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Code Fixer Pvt Ltd provides custom software development services. Because our work involves significant time, resources, and expertise invested from the start of a project, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Advance Payment

An advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is collected before development begins. This advance covers initial project planning, requirement analysis, UI/UX design, and development setup costs.

• If we are unable to commence the project due to our own inability, the full advance payment will be refunded within 7 business days.
• If the client cancels before development begins (within 48 hours of payment), a full refund will be issued minus any bank transaction charges.
• If the client cancels after development has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable as work has already been performed.

3. Milestone Payments

Milestone payments are made upon completion and client approval of specific project deliverables. Once a milestone is approved and payment is made, that payment is non-refundable.

4. Defective Deliverables

If a deliverable does not conform to the agreed specifications documented in the Project Agreement, we will correct the defect at no additional charge within the agreed support period. Refunds for defective deliverables are considered only if:

• The defect is clearly documented and reported within 30 days of delivery.
• We are unable to resolve the defect within a reasonable timeframe despite good-faith efforts.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Bank transfer charges, payment gateway fees, and GST are non-refundable.
